We have various types and sizes of office space as follows:
Incubation Units
Our incubation units are available specifically for new start up businesses. Based on the ground floor, we have two types of incubation units – those which can accommodate up to 3 people and those which can accommodate 2 people. We understand that as a new business, you need costs to be kept to a minimum during your first year of trading, therefore, our incubation units come equipped with a desk, office chair and PC, which is fully virus protected and provides broadband access.
Rooms are available for a period of 2 years during which time the rent is staggered to provide below market rent during the first year, which we know can be the most difficult time for a new business.
General Office Space
General office space is available to both new and existing businesses. We have rooms of various sizes, all with natural light, on the ground, first and second floors of the Business Centre.
All rooms are fully carpeted, decorated and centrally heated and are empty in order to accommodate your own office furniture.
Offices are also equipped with phones and are broadband internet ready.
Your room can be personalised with your own business name and logo if required via a sign on your office door, and all businesses located within the centre are detailed in our Reception area.
