In December 2008 NDC ran the People's Choice.  This was an opportunity for local residents to have their say and decide how £60,000 of NDC money was spent by voting on comunity projects. 

Voting Day took place on 5th December 2008 when seven projects were sucessful; each receiving between £5,000 and £15,000.
