NDC’s Commissioned Services Team manages programme and project activity and work with partners to ensure services are delivered in accordance with DCLG requirements and meet community need. This includes quarterly monitoring of project performance and value for money appraisals.
Performance & Evaluation
NDC Commissioned Services Team implements an on-going evaluation which measures the impact of activities. Delivery organisations seek the views of users of services to ensure that NDC funds are targeted to the neediest members of the community.
Information is gathered from partners to monitor changes in the NDC population, assess school performance, identify health issues, monitor levels of crime and analyse people’s perceptions of the neighbourhood.
Twice a year, NDC works with members of the community and partners to complete the Performance Management Report. This is a formal assessment of the progress NDC is making to achieve its vision.
