Each year NDC has produced an Annual Action Plan setting out its funding priorities across a range of activities.
NDC’s Programme Team manages programme and project activity and work with partners to ensure we operate in accordance with DCLG requirements and meet community needs. This includes quarterly monitoring of project performance and value for money appraisals.
Performance & Evaluation
Effective fund and performance management underpins the fulfilment of the NDCs charitabe objectives. This applies not only to the delivery of the NDC programme (until March 2010), but also to its continuing regeneration activities in the future.
The Funding and Performance function includes monitoring the performance of funded projects, ensuring accurate and efficient administration of funding and utilising the PMF (performance managment framwork) to assess the outcomes achieved through the use of funds.
Also, NDC's Programme and Partnerships Manager will be responsible for maintaining NDC's well-developed application, appraisal and approval process which is designed to comply with the requirements of a range of funding organisations and provides accountability for the allocation of funding.
As NDC are now in its final year an Action Plan has been produced which sets out NDC priorities and plans for its successon legacy. The NDC Action Plan for 2009 - 10 and beyond is attached.
